I contacted ultimate Transport in December of 2020 and scheduled for my car to be picked up on the 17th or sooner if possible. Ultimate called me on the 16th and said he could arrange for a truck to pick it up on 17th. According to his calculations, it should have arrived at its destination in Texas within 4-6 days. The company kept its word and my car was picked up on the 17th. The driver followed procedure and inspected it before loading it. I offered him a tip and he refused. On the morning of the 4th day, it had arrived. My brother got a call from them a day early notifying us of the arrival date and estimated time. At 11 am, we got it back without a scratch. I’ve heard lots of stories of “the dangers of auto shipping” and of numerous scams, but Ultimate transport proved to be different. There are still honest, capable, and professional companies out there. You just have to choose carefully.
