Ultimate Transport 123 met and exceeded my expectations, in every way. Chelsie Canida was on top of everything. I was faced with having to ship one vehicle from AL to TX, and shipping another from TX to AL. It was also a time sensitive ordeal. I was shipping my new vehicle from the dealership and my trade-in to them. At one point, things got crossed and the new vehicle was picked up first. The dealership wasn't happy, because my trade-in was picked up at the same time. Chelsea Canida contacted them, eased their nerves and handled the situation. She ensured them that the trade-in vehicle was scheduled for pick up and they released my new vehicle to be shipped to me. Rashida Starr (flyest name ever!) and Ali were on top of their game, doing the actual shipping. I had my vehicle, the day after I'd scheduled pick up. And, there was not one issue. This was my first experience with having to schedule and coordinate shipping multiple vehicles, across country. UT123 help make it a great experience.
