I signed a contract with them, only to be lied to on more than several occasions regarding the date of pick up for the car. I called them 9 different times only to be told that, your car will be picked up today as contract is out to the driver, which never happened. I hired another company and had no problems with shipping and Ultimate Transport123 company billed me anyway. I left 6 messages for Rachel Vaugn during all this, (I believe one of the owners) but never herd from her.
