Stressful but got it done

The whole experience was stressful. I needed to ship my sons car from West coast to him on the east coast. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance & it came close to me driving it all the way across country. In the end, my card was lost & I had to cancel it. I was traveling when this happened & right at the same time of the delivery. So while on the road back home, I'm getting calls every 3 min from Jeremy interrupting my card payment rectification & then from my son cz Jeremy was harassing him demanding payment. Jeremy would not let up until I finally got mad & yelled at him to stop. I finally got my payment ready & all worked out but just was too stressful. They got paid & my son got his car & that is what matters. BTW, Aina, in the office, was nice. I liked working with her more than Jeremy. She was understanding & patient with while I was working on a new payment option. BTW, all the "transport companies" work the same way. You are dealing with a broker. What that means if you contract with one of them, they post your job for a carrier/driver to bid on that job so do it early, I had 2 wks notice but wish I had done it a week earlier. You need patience & an adequate time frame cz you dont know when that bid will come in. I also had other brokers contact me to tell me that this cimpany was shady & has multiple lawsuits to switch to them. Beware of this scare tactic.
