TOTAL FAIL!!! Buyer beware DO NOT USE!!!

So I booked with these guys about 4 months out from the date of my move and they were under a different name then and I should have be cautiously optimistic that this was the exact scenario that would have played out due to their name change only 2 months after booking. Their last company name had horrible reviews and now here is another one for their current company name. So I am military and needed to execute my move at a very specific date and time with zero tolerance. I kept communicating with them as the months went on about who my driver would be and if they really did have a shipper secured for me. As the 10 day point came to head, I really started to ramp up communications and as the days went by I would send them an almost daily email asking for an update on status. As I got down to the wire 1 day out I was assured and promised the "My car would be on a carrier the next day and not to worry". I was already departed and enroute to my new destination with my one of my sons, my wife and other 2 kids were still back in San Diego and needed to fly out at noon. She was supposed to have the car picked up no later than 9:00 as my explicit instructions with zero exceptions. I booked the cost of the trip with the guys at $675 and on Friday at 12:00 my wife had to depart with out the car picked up. 5 days later they said they have found a shipper and wanted $1,500 plus their $150 fee to haul it from San Diego to Tulsa. Words cant express how frustrated that I am with this company! As a military officer with over 20 years in the US Navy, all I can tell the general population is Buyer beware and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
