Pat Lynch of Ultimate Auto Shipping provided excellent customer service for the shipment of my Mercedes from Richmond VA to Denver CO. He clearly explained the entire process from start to finish. All costs were clearly covered and he was precise and clear throughout the entire process. He called back the day after the car was delivered and made sure that eveything was done correctly, how we were treated by the driver, and if there was any damage to the vehicle. I would recommend him and the company to everyone. Pat also explained that he checked each driver and their track record for each delivery and how they interacted with the customer.
