This entire process was new to me. I debated on having my nephew drive my car to Vegas. I would have had to pay his expenses and buy a ticket back to SC. I came out much better having the car shipped. When I went online to do research I was really put off by the stories I read about dishonest companies shipping autos. I signed up with a company that would provide my request to several comanies. I received 3 calls almost immediately and more came later. I also received many e-mails with pricing.
Pat Lynch with Ultimate Auto Shipping was one of those who called. I expressed my concerns and Pat helped me understand how the system worked. Pat's price was not the lowest but I had a good feeling about him. Most of the quotes were pretty close. There were a couple "off the charts". The weather and timing was not great as it was over the holidays. In fact my car was picked up on Christmas day. According to my father the driver was very nice and courteous. The car was picked up a day later than expected and it arrived a day later. I was ok with that due to the bad weather and holidays. I was not in an urgent situation. I feel the cost was very fair and my car arrived without any damage. If I ever have an occasion to ship a car or speak with anyone who needs that service I will definately recommend Pat and his company. He gave me updates frequently without my having to call him. He knows the meaning of customer service and as the director of sales for a service company I appreciate that. Thanks to Ultimate shipping for a job well done! PS. Some companies pay for reviews.
