My car was delivered on time, but that particular day I was not running on time! When the driver called me to say he was twenty minutes away, I was sitting on a horse and there was no way I could get home in time. The driver happily offered to deliver my car to the barn. He was so nice and accommodating, and had no problem with the change in the drop-off location. That's GREAT customer service!
