Having never used an auto transport company before, I was surprised to see how competitive an industry it is. I decided to use Pat Lynch at Ultimate Auto Shipping because he was very informative, seemed very knowledgeable and had a straightforward approach. Fortunately, my gut feeling was correct. Pat turned out to be a very honest professional that went above and beyond with communication and follow up. I took Pat's advice in getting a gap coverage insurance policy to cover the deductible on the driver's insurance. There was some minor damage to the paint on my vehicle due to the placement of a strap. Pat helped me file a claim and stayed involved throughout the process to make sure the driver took care of it. The driver was a bit reluctant to take care of it at first and it looked like the gap insurance was going to be necessary, however in the end we worked it out. In addition to great service it was also very prompt. The car was picked up in DE the day after I called Pat and then delivered to me in NC the day after that. The driver showed up on time and was good about staying in touch. I would highly recommend using Pat Lynch at Ultimate Auto Shipping.
