I used this company based on my conversation with Pat, they are listed with the BBB and the reviews. I read many reviews before I decided to go with Ultimate Auto Shipping. I was aware of some of the practices in the auto transport industry and wanted very much to avoid a bad expedrience. I decided to only use brokers listed with the BBB and only those with good reviews. Pat came in with a fair price...not too low which wouldn't get my car picked up and not nearly as high as other quotes I received from other companies. My car was picked up as scheduled and delivered on time. The car arrived in perfect condition which really is most important to me. This was a smooth and comfortable experience with no drama. Pat's customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this company.
