Original carrier confused Smyrna, TN with Smyrna, GA and completely missed the pickup. Following a slight weekend delay, Pat was able to arrange another pickup wiith only a 2 day delay. This carrier was somewhat late for pickup (6 hours) due to a late schedule addition, but acceptable. After pickup, the new carrier had clutch problems, but transferred the vehicle to a "two-car" enclosed trailer to avoid any significanr delay at his cost. Car arrived early the next morning, as opposed to that same evening as promised. ( Driver would have delivered the car as promised but near midnight and I opted for next morning). Overall, things can and do happen beyond the broker's control but the selected carrier was diligent in getting my car to me as promised and in great condition. I would use this guy again
