Excellent Carrier

After dealing with another carrier for more than 2 weeks, I eventually got frustrated and contacted Don at Ufirst. The previous carrier, failed to pick up the vehicle on the specified date. 3 days later, I had to contact them to find out what was going on. The truck "broke down" and they had failed to contact me to let me know what was going on with my shipment. 2 days later I called back to get an update. They had none. I was transferred around to a few people who all told me the same thing. The next available person I got, I told them to cancel my order. I contacted Don, he had a quote for me within minutes. I went ahead with the order. A few hours later, Don called me back and told me my car could be on the truck the next day. Sure enough, the next day, I get a call from Don and the driver, saying the car was picked up and on its way. The following day, I get a call from the driver telling me what time to expect the car. Car arrived on time and with no problems aside from what I already knew was wrong with it. Highly recomended transport service. Will definitely use again.
