We are very happy with the service we received from U First. Don Tackett was the first person I spoke to and he was very patient and helpful and answered all my questions. I was very surprised when they found me a carrier within a few hours of me consulting with them to carry the car on the SAME day. Christina made sure that all my paper work went smoothly and quickly and was always ready to answer my questions. The Driver (Toly) who came to collect my car also deserves special mention. He knew that neither of us would be home to collect our car when he reached. So he offered to drop our vehicle before my husband left for work that same day which was 6 hours earlier than he had first estimated and he did not charge us extra for it. We really appreciate him for being so accommodating. For the price of $ 575 I was afraid UFIrst was too good to be true, but we were more than satisfied and we would definitely recommend UFirst to anyone looking to transport their car.
