My First Time Giving 5 Stars to a Company

I have shipped my car across the country 3 times before. This is the only company I've given 5 stars. I enjoyed doing a business with Bill. Bill is pretty cool - even though he will always brag about how good he is at being a broker, picks up another phone call while he's on the phone with you, and calls you more than you expect - I'd much rather have a broker that calls me back frantically than a broker who won't return your calls and goes MIA once they got a carrier for you (and also imagine when you don't know even know where the hell your carrier is on your expected pick-up day).

My car got picked up late and arrived late. Can't really get mad at that, happens all the time. The important thing is they kept me posted.

Bill gave me a call to check up after the car was arrived. The 3 other companies I've used before didn't do that! With all this being said, I appreciate his responsibility.
