This is the second time that I have asked Bill to transport a vehicle for me. He remained consistent and true to his word providing the best service anyone could possibly imagine.

Originally, Bill had found a carrier that would transport the car the day that I had asked and deliver it on the day I needed. However, on the day that they were supposed to pick the car up, they called me and mentioned that I would need to travel an hour to pick up my car that I thought I was paying for door to door service. Immediately after getting off the phone with the carrier, I call Bill. I explain to Bill what was going on, and he immediately got on my side and we talked to the carrier together. After being on the phone with them for an hour, they were not willing to provide the service that both Bill and I wanted.

So let me explain to you what Bill did for me....

1) He dropped that carrier right on the spot (we were both pretty fired up)
2) He posted my car back on the board WITHOUT CHARGING ME ANOTHER BROKER FEE!!!
3) Within less than 24 hours of getting off the phone with Bill, he calls me up to tell me he has a carrier who will pick up my car and deliver door to door service!!!

Bill is on his customers side and will do whatever he must to provide the service he promises. There are several reasons why Bill is the best in his business. Bill makes me feel important, respected, and at ease throughout the entire process. Whenever I need to have a vehicle transported anywhere in the future, I will be asking Bill to help me out because I trust no one else.
