Transport Connection was easy to deal with and communication was excellent. I felt confident in the whole process despite the inherent nervousness that comes with giving your car and car keys to someone else. I also appreciated that he was very honest and explained the whole process to me. No surprises, no fees after the fact. Everything happened as he said it would. He also went to bat for me when dealing with the actual carrier. Overall an excellent experience.
