Bill was wonderful and communicative throughout the whole process. The carrier was rather difficult to deal with but Bill made sure to hold him accountable. The carrier also was not picking up my calls but Bill called him and got him not just to pick up but deliver it ASAP. He is really a great guy to work with. This is a difficult business and it is good to have someone like Bill helping you out.
Please be careful, there are people who will call you and literally harass you to go with them and say terrible things about each other. It is really tiring to deal with rather than try to get to many quotes go with Bill. My policy is to never go with people who will call you with the express reason to put someone else down and most of the other people I talked to did that.

I would go with transport connection again if I need to transport my car.
