Good experience with Bill Avrich!

My wife and I recently moved from Texas to Tennessee. We are both deaf. I contacted Bill Avrich (President of Transport Connection) about having my vehicle picked up. It was his first time speaking with a deaf person calling him on the phone through a relay service, but he was very patient and friendly and willing to work with me.

My wife's parents actually offered to help us with our move by paying for my vehicle to be transported, so I could help my wife drive her car. Since they paid, I'm not sure what the exact price for transporting my vehicle turned out to be (after Bill found a carrier), I think it was in the $650 range (since that's around the price of my quote and what Bill told me the final cost might be). We were a little short on time, but Bill did his best and found a reputable carrier. The guys picked up and delivered my vehicle within only 4 days apart. They took very good care of the vehicle and were enjoyable to work with. One of them even knew a little sign language and told me he has a deaf brother in law!

My experience was very good. I'd call Bill Avrich at Transport Connection again if there are any other transporting needs I have in the future that his company can help me with. There's one other thing I'd like to mention... that is, his company has a strict policy of not buying reviews. This means that his company is integrity based (unlike companies that use fake or paid reviews) and you can trust him and his company to take good care of you. Bill (if you're reading this): you're doing a great job!
