We had never used a transport company before and we pretty nervous about it. The company Bill got us in contact with was great. They were on-time and courteous. They went the extra mile by actually taking the car off and driving it to my father because my Dad didn't have anyone to follow him to the pick-up site.
Bill kept us in touch along the process and everything went very smooth.
Because it was our first time doing this we were hesitant to give Transport Connection their fee up front. To allay our fears Bill waved the fee until the whole transaction was set up so we would realize he was going to do what he said he would do.
