We were pleased with the company Transport Connection got for us. They were extremely courteous, on-time and everything went as scheduled.
Because it was our first time doing this we were hesitant to give Transport Connection their fee up front feeling we may never get the transaction completed and then would be out our money. To calm our fears Bill waved the fee until we actually had a transport company and everything was set and ready to go.
Bill gave us a ballpark cost and it was at the high end of his estimate. The reason was the time of the year we were having our car transported. We were going South for the winter and I'm sure others were also.
All in all the event went great. The first time is always the scariest because you don't know how these things work.
