What,only 5 stars, why not 10 stars!?!? This company puts the "P" in PROFESSIONALISM. We were in a terrible pickle after our first choice of carriers could not deliver as promised. This put us under severe time constraints as we wanted to sign off on the car before we flew from New Jersey to Arizona to help our son get settled at the University of Arizona in Tucson. With only a few days to spare, we reached out to Transport 123, after business hours, on a Saturday night. Within five minutes our sales representative, Sam, called us back and arranged for a carrier truck to pick our son's car up the following Tuesday. As promised, the truck arrived within the time window on Tuesday. The truck driver was extremely polite and professional, taking great care while loading our son's car onto the carrier.
Sam "held our hands" throughout the whole process, always answering our calls personally and reassuring us every step along the way. David, the dispatch representative, called us with the arrival time window and an hour before the carrier arrived to assure us the driver was indeed an hour away from our home. The car was safely delivered on the day it was promised. Why wouldn't you choose a family owned and operated company with 36 years of dedicated professional experience? We're glad we did!!
