The representatives are all very nice. At the end of the day this cost me additional money because they spontaneously arrange the pick up and delivery without checking with me. After I asked to make sure to verify the times with me. During this time hurricane Irma was approaching Florida. That was a destination for my vehicle. The car was picked up days before Irma hit Florida and delivered the day after. Because of the no notice provided I was only able to be ready and have the receiver of the vehicle prepared to except the vehicle. Cost me an additional $35 per day in storage fees. Transport went to three did not take any responsibility for their actions. This company will never be used by me again. I went from a horrible time in my life to the worst experience I have ever had because of transport 123
