Overall customer service and integrity is lacking. One office representative says one thing and another contradicts it. They refused to release my car after I had paid because they were too lazy to process my payment. They hung up on an agency that I hired to move my car instead of them. Their agents lied to me and violated my privacy by discussing their percieved issues with who I hired to replace them. Absolutely horrible experience.
