total car shipping was the biggest nightmare i ever had to deal with, never in my life did i pay for something that treated me like i was a criminal first off they sent me to a company called jet fast transport there was no communication both when my car was being picked up in florida or dropped off in ny i had to constantly call them to see whats going on the driver that picked up my car in florida was in a rush to get out of there and had an attitude .i get back to ny my car was suppose to be dropped off on a thrusday which didnt happen and customer service never contacted me to tell me that thier gonna be a day late i had to keep calling them .finally they called back and advised me that thier gonna be a late and dropped off the next afternoon finally they dropped off my car and i come to find my personal items were damaged and were tossed all over the place which added up to 2000 in damage they even broke my rosery beads on top of it and then emailed them but of coarse no response back i had to send a second email i got a response back from a ruth caminero saying that were not responsible for the damage because of thier negligence and me trusting them to get my car and personal belonging back to ny in the mint condition that everything of my personal belongings was in i have to pay the price and continue to deal with this nightmare and being unemployed on top of it which my personal belonging were damaged threw no fault of my own to be honest they should be arrested cause this is a crime in what they did i will never use this company again and suggest to others never to use them .my next step is to contact help me howard.because they have no interest in handling the sitution ,rather then seeing what they can do to satify the customer i also come to find out that the company they use jet fast transport is a bogus name
