Good Experience for First Timers

Before I talked to Billy, of course being a first timer, I have to be sure on who am I negotiating with. I checked their reviews, and their rate is 5 stars out of 5. So, I gave it shot. Billy is a friendly person. He knows a lot of things. He'll trow some jokes. He told me what to expect (both positive and negative) and what to do. He always make sure that I understand everything in comes with car shipping business. I paid him $150.00 thru phone and sent me my receipt including the dispatcher and driver's names (Jesus Soto and Saul) thru email. Even though the receipt says COD (cash on delivery) I paid Saul the remaining balance when he picked up my car. Billy even told me that my car will be picked up on January 4 and be delivered on the 8th. To cut the story short, my car has been picked up and delivered on the agreed dates. My car was dirty, but that's fine, I can wash it anytime besides, it's snowing here in Illinois so, it's still okay. I definitely recommend TOTAL CAR SHIPPING to my friends and relatives. I saved Billy's contact number in my phone. Thank you guys! You are my Three Musketeers.
