Like most people this was my first experience shipping a car. My son moved from Indiana to Orlando FL four months ago and we needed to find a way to get his car down to him. I spent about three days researching all my options and after speaking with a number of brokers I contracted with Total Car Shipping. Marc and his team were very professional and at no time did he make any promises that he was not able to deliver on. In fact, when he called me to say he had a driver ready to pick up the vehicle I was out of town stuck in one of the worst snow storms to hit the state of Indiana in over 20 years. Marc understood my predicament, and told me to worry about getting home he would worry about getting the car were it needed to be. In my absence, he walked my wife through the process to get everything ready for pickup, he was very patient and understanding. Due to the storm the pickup was delayed by a day, but once the driver arrived he was an absolute professional. Thanks to Marc at Total Car Shipping and the folks at Prestige Auto Carrier my son received his car within two days of pick-up.

I certainly would not only use them again, but highly recommend their services as well.
