Total Car Shipping said they would credit me back for the service they never provided. When I called to ask where my credit was, Ben was verbally abusive to me. My credit card company USAA was on the phone and had to get him to stop being such a jerk. I am a Soldier and just wanted my money back so I can get my cars across the country and I had to get verbally berated by this company. Don't ever use them.
