I contracted Stateway Auto a month before my requested pickup date. I called Susie Edwards six days before the date I requested and she said my car had not been assigned a driver yet but she would keep a close eye on it for me. I was skeptical since this is my first time doing anything like this and I had read all the horror stories on Transport Reviews. I called Susie a couple more times over the weekend and she confidently assured me there was nothing to worry about. I was flying out the following week and didn't want to leave my car for someone else to deal with. Susie called me on Monday stating a driver by the name of Ash would be picking up my car on Tues. A wonderful man named Ash called me to arrange pickup and was on time, very courteous and personable. He called me on Sat in San Diego and made delivery arrangements at my requested delivery address. My car arrived on time and in great condition. I enjoyed working with both Susie at Stateway Auto and Ash at Star Auto Express who was the driver assigned to carry my car to San Diego. I would recommend them again.
