This was the first time I had my car transported. Stateway made me feel comfortable about shipping my car. David, my customer service rep was very helpful in explaining how the process worked and what would be happening with my car. It made easy to ship. They also didn't pressure me into using them as a shipping company where others would call with a strong sales pitch.
