Good Experience

I received quotes from many different companies, and Stateway's quote was much lower than the other quotes. They also told me the car would be picked up within a week, which was an earlier pick up than other companies were offering. I was also pleasantly surprised with the good customer service I received from Stateway.

My car was picked up in less than a week. For delivery, I received a call on the 23rd and told it would be delivered on the afternoon of the 24th. I hadn't heard anything by 7pm, so I called the driver. He said he could still deliver it that day, but it would be after 9pm. The hotel I was staying at charged for parking and I didn't want to be called late at night, so we agreed he would deliver the next day. While it was a day late, it actually worked out in my favor.

My car was dirty when it arrived. It was covered in a layer of white salt. I guess this could be expected since it was shipped cross country in the middle of winter. There were also patches of oil on it. My car was on the bottom tier and the car above it must have been leaking oil. Fortunately, after I drove through a car wash, it all cleaned up.

Overall, I had a good experience. David Greene provided me with good customer service. I would recommend Stateway to friends. and would use them for my next move.
