This is the 2nd time I have had to move a vehicle across company and the third company I contracted to make arrangements to transport my vehicle. The first two took my contract and for both, almost 2 weeks passed by and I never got a phone call. When I submitted my contract to Stateway, I heard back within 48 hours that a driver had been assigned. Just a few minutes later, I heard from Nick who worked out the details for picking up my car. While the car was one day later to arrive than originally expected, the reasoning was perfectly legitimate. What makes the rating excellent is that Nick was in touch with us throughout the week to let us know what his status was. He was attentive to details and very concerned with making sure we were satisfied. I would definitely use this service again! Pricing was very reasonable and service was as promised. Great job!
