I placed order for my vehicle NC to CA and wait for pickup date or any info from them.But never contact me even I left my PH number.
I needed transport my vehicle as soon as possible so,I had to cancel this order.
Finally I could talk to customer representative and they agree to cancel this order.
But they charged deposit of $165.00.I called them to refund my deposit back and they told me amount of $165.00 will be on my account next few days.But NEVER HAPPENED.
I called twice and they told me samething and I never receive my deposit back.
I had to call my bank to dispute this transaction.
VERY BAD BAD EXPERIENCE.You need to think twice before use this crook company.
I used ALLDAY AUTO TRANSPORT for my vehicle transport.And was great service.
On time pick up and on time delivery.
I recommend ALLDAY AUTOTRANSPORT to you all.
