To Whomever this may concern,
I am the senior sales manager for a Honda dealership in LA and I don't know why I have not been shipping my customers cars sooner with this company. They make everything so easy for you. You can even track the vehicle online. When I was leaving this review I noticed some negative ones left by people. I don't want to pass judgement on anyone but in my opinion, after shipping over 20 cars with this company, those people who could not get through simply did bot have the patience to wait for the rep to be available. Stateway, like most business has a toll free line with hold times and wait music and if there are several calls coming in at the same time then the wait time can be lengthy. Some people are just extremely inpatient and feel like the world ought to cater to their every desire. I am not saying thgese things in defense of Stateway or generalizing every complaint I am simply speaking from the point of view of a fellow businessman who runs into similar incidents with unreasonable customers all the time. I guess the more successful you become the more people feel like their left out since there is sometimes a waiting line. This is why they invented toll free lines and email in the first place. I apologize for ranting its jut that after I read some of the bad reviews on this site I was shocked because I have no idea how anyone can feel that way about a company that I have personally dealt with on more than one occasion and have received phenomenal service every time. Ultimately, I have to say that Stateway is a great shipping company, one of the best I have seen in my 14 years of being in the auto business.
