I have previously shipped 3 vehicles, as I relocate frequently for jobs. I was going to drive my vehicle to California after all of my previous horrific experiences with other brokers (cars taking a month to get to the destination once picked up, my vehicle sitting at a warehouse, and being overcharged) but quickly changed my mind after my conversation with Rebecca at Stateway. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident with her as my rep as well as Stateway with my vehicle. Who knew that someone in this industry could be so upfront and honest? They really are a step above all the rest in this industry.. never have I had a follow up call once my vehicle was picked up, but also when it was delivered. It was a pleasure being able to keep in contact with the same rep the entire time all the way through, and I urge you to make the right decision and go with Stateway Auto.
