I had a horrible experience with this company. I was advised that a truck would be available Nov 24th to pick up my vehicle. I had to make a rush overnight payment to the seller because of this. This was told to me on the 18th which was a friday. I kept calling them everyday and one week later (wednesday) they picked up my call and told me to call back. I did and they never answered the phone. Meanwhile I had also emailed them numerous times and had NOT received any replies. I was basically being HELD up knowing that they had my credit card on file so they would do something. They were closed for 4 days on thanksgiving and did not even have the courtesy to get back to me on email. Eventually I took the help of another broker (Nationwide Transport Services) that finally got the job done right away. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. Please beware. I have been promised something and completely ignored. They did not even have the courtesy to get back to me on it. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have sent transport reviews my Order receipt from them so hopefully they wont remove it like last time.
