We found our experience with Stateway Auto Transport to be very positive. There were a couple of communication glitches when we happened to have our transaction taking place at the same time that Stateway's office was moving to larger quarters, plus terrible thunderstorms that knocked out phone and electrical service in the Chicago area- which certainly weren't Stateway's fault in both cases. Despite the 'glitches', Anna (our customer representative) was very professional and helpful, and was able to make things go very smoothly from the time of pickup at my daughter's university in Illinois, to delivery in Seattle. Thank you.
