Driver caused $4000 damage to my car while trying to load it onto the truck, and then left the scene! Stateway insurance refuses to take responsibility and they can’t reach the driver... So now 4 months later I am still stuck with the bill. Stateway is not responding to emails or calls anymore. Company not trustworthy, insurance loopholes and subcontracting scam, customer service Jessica Field, Emma Kaplin, Lesleigh all gave the runaround. Save yourself time, $$$ and a lot of frustration... crooked business practices and people.
