This was my first experience transporting a vehicle. I researched a lot of companies, and chose Stateway Auto based on reviews, credit bureau, and cost. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgable and friendly. They were also patient with me because I had a lot of questions. They were flexible with me regarding the pick-up and delivery. When we thought the vehicle wouldn't be delivered by the time we needed it, they suggested I could meet the driver to pick it up from the driver. But, it worked out that we were able to get the vehicle deliver as originally planned. But, I appreciated they were suggesting options so we could get our vehicle when we needed it. The only thing I didn't like was that once I received the dispatch information, I was no longer receiving responses from Stateway Auto.I assumed it was because at that point I could be communicating with the driver directly. Overall, it was a good first time experience, and I'll know better what to expect next time.
