My car was picked up and delivered on the date stipulated and pricing did not change along the way. The car was picked in California and when the driver was closed to destination in NY, he also called to make sure that someone was available at the drop off address to reception and check if the car was in the same condition. The Truck driver (Alexey) was courteous and amicable. I will definitely recommend this company to friends with this Service Level Agreement (SLA).
