I just wanted to send you a note to let you know about the excellent service I've received from your sales and customer service team. My sister-in-law has been helping me get my car transported since I moved to Arizona so she really did all the work. However, since the service was for me I wanted to send a note of thanks.

First, working with Jason in sales was a HUGE bonus. I was planning to call the other 3 companies I received quotes from, with two of them being lower than Stateway's. Jason honestly did not let me get off the phone without closing the deal. He gave me every professional reason not to go to the competition. He was nice, understanding of my concerns, addressed me needs, and helped me get to a price point I was comfortable with. Although I paid over $100 more than I'd budgeted for, I feel it was well worth is considering the service I received.

When I received the call the following day that a driver was headed out to pick-up my car, I was even more amazed. I've heard horror stories about how peoples cars sick for weeks waiting to be picked up. Not with Stateway, you guys really deliver on what you say you're going to do and then some.

Another shocker came today, when I check the online tracker trying to get info on my vehicle. I wasn't able to utilize the tool, but your online chat system was working properly and I received a response from Sam B. She was WONDERFUL. Timely and quick, and surprised me by telling me that my car would be in Arizona tomorrow and scheduled for delivery. She gave me the drivers name and cell #. I called him to confirm and he gave me the information and estimated delivery time.

The car arrived on Wed., way earlier than we were expecting. We were extremely happy with your service! Too often, consumers send in letters of complaints and not enough about the great job that's done by employees all the time. Please extend a huge "Thank-You" to Jason, Sam and the driver (Yuniet).
