wow what a company…. at this point I'm at a loss for words as to how little they think of their customers (AND I WAS ONE FOR A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME FOR ALL OF THIS NONSENSE). They are making an obnoxious attempt to hide the truth by telling transport reviews that I am not a customer.
How am I not a customer? I have a state way auto order number….How did they initially contact me at all (via phone and email with multiple people) if they don't know who I am? It would stand to reason that If you had no knowledge of who I was and I was some random individual posting reviews because thats what I like to do in my spare time HOW DID YOU CONTACT ME. But thanks for offering to pay me off. How much are you getting running a fraudulent business from exploiting your customers? Im sure its a whole lot more than $200.00. My grandmother lost everything to a scam company which is why when I stumble across people like this I tend to take it personally and make sure that the issue is satisfied in full. This is Michael Lowell from Stateway AUto Transport. I am the President of Stateway. You may have misunderstood when I said this and interpreted it as me saying I am the OWNER. I never received any emails from you regarding any of this. We have no affiliation with the companies you listed online. Where are you getting this information from? Who is showing you where to look up this info? It seems like you are either being intentionally misled or are looking up our company incorrectly. Please let me know when we can speak. All I know from our end is that we have NO RECORD of you ever being our customer, having an order with us or anything of the like. This is why we needed to dispute these reviews. Clearly you can see that based on our previous reviews not a single other customer reported similar issues. This is a clear case of FRAUD against our company. Would you be willing to speak with our lawyer and head online forensic investigator regarding this situation? We can provide him your number if that is okay with you. I certainly do not intent on inconveniencing you anymore than you already have but I am 100% convinced that someone is trying to misrepresent our company for whatever reason and this is a top priority for us at the moment. Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated. In fact, I am willing to offer you a $200 company check if you do assist in helping us get to the bottom of this. We realize how busy people are and this is something we need to get resolved TODAY. Please advise.
