Very accomodating to my unusual request

I had an unusual request. I was swapping cars with my son, so when my car was delivered to him, his car needed to be picked up & delivered back up here in MA to me. The girl I talked to arranged the transportation much quicker than expected, and with the same driver, minimizing any driveoffs with either of our cars. It was a little more money to expedite, but well worth it. The driver was very polite & did his job well. Any change in pick up or delivery schedule was called in to me or my son. I would say that auto transporting is certainly not an exact science, and people need to respect that, but overall, your company did a great job. My cars came & went on schedule for the most part, and arrived dirty, but perfectly okay. Would probably use you again if needed. - A. Steward
