Stateway was one of several companies that responded to my online request for auto transportation. I chose them because their website advertised that they were a carrier, and owned their own trucks. Also, I saw that they were fully insured, and had a great history of timely delivery of their vehicles. When I received my confirmation email for the pickup date, I was initially shocked to see that my vehicle would be transported by another carrier. Later, Stateway explained to me that they also have a brokerage license, and that during this time of the year, they will often use other carriers that they have a long relationship with to provide the fastest delivery of the vehicles, if they do not have one of their own carriers in the area. This brokered carrier did an excellent job. I spoke to their dispatch office on several occasions to help me have an acurrate timeframe of when the vehicle would be delivered. The vehicle arrived on time, within a 3 hour window of when the dispatch office predicted. The driver was polite, and the vehicle arrived undamaged. I would definietley use them again if I had to transport another vehicle.
