So placed the order over the phone with Adam, than same day got confirmation that car would be pick up 1-5 business days, so it happened on 6 day (Sat morning) due truck broke off even I was schedule for Thur (it's 4th business day), but truck drivers delivered my car on Sunday afternoon. It's fast, good job to drivers to go back to original schedule.
About communication. Well, anytime you are going to call them it will be voice msg, but they will call you back for 100% in couple hours span. At first I would not believe I placed the order (Friday night) and paid money and no person ever available, but next morning I got a call from Sara, she explained to me all details and waiting time and how many cars ahead of me on this route. So if you are next customer please calm down and all your question will resolve by outstanding customer representative Sara. (Thanks so much). I have been offered to wait the truck more time or agree to load my car on next Thur, but delivery would be about 10 miles away, since truck drivers didn't want to drive my location due the low trees, as I was explained. I agreed. It was not too much inconvenience for me. Well I would not mind in the future to be aware of this situation.
The truck drivers were very promote to call me and setting up the meeting time and location. They had even agreed to wait for me 3-4 hours due the I was not aware they will be there on Sun afternoon, due the misunderstanding truck driver's dispatcher. The dispatcher was not working for Stateway Auto Transport.
Over all I think it's good company to work with, I had experience before with different company, that was hired by BMW dealer in AZ to get my car to VA, well driver was later like week or so, finding bunch excuses and as well BMW dealer.

I will recommended for customer experience, rate and quality. I don't share any profit with this guys and I paid little more that estimated as was my wish to accelerate this process.
