I needed to have my son's car shipped from New York to Arizona. I was quite concerned and anxious about this process. I was first contacted by Adam , he was able to explain how the shipping worked, gave me a price quote and put my mind at ease. I was immediately e-mailed my information, quote and contacts if a problem arises. It was the day before the pick up date and I didn't here what time the transport would be picking up the car. S o I called Adam who connected me to customer service . Danielle explained to me that the date was a ready to schedule pick up date, not the date of actual pick up. I explained that my son had already flown to Arizona and would need the car as soon as possible. She assured me she would do everything possible to expedite my request. The next day, Danielle phoned me and was able to have my car transported 2 days later. The truck driver called me about 2 hours before pick and was prompt. he told me about how much travel time it would take and that he would contact my son prior to drop off. Everything worked out fine and I was quite happy with the entire process. The staff at Stateway transport were quite professional and knowledgeable and made me feel like a valuable customer. I would recommend to my friend and family to use Stateway auto transport if the need to ship a car ever arises.
