Thank goodness for Stateway Auto!!

Stateway Auto was phenomenal - I highly recommend them. In a panic I called them after another company failed to deliver on their promises. Within 2 hours they had booked a pick up of my vehicle for that evening (and were on time) and the car was delivered a day before it was promised - which worked out great for my schedule.

I initially contracted with another service (Get it Done Transport - they didn't!) who assured me for 2 months that it would be no problem. 3 days before the vehicle was to be picked up they took my credit card info and assured me they would call me 2 days later and give me exact time of pick-up in a 3 day window with guaranteed delivery in a 2 day window. They never called and after calling them and getting no response (not even a courtesy call saying they couldn't get it done) for 5 days in a row, I called Stateway. Even more infuriating, when I tried to write a review saying they had failed, this web site wouldn't post it because I wasn't a registered customer of Get it Done. I wasn't a customer because THEY FAILED to deliver and I had to switch. I would NEVER use Get it Done and would highly recommend Stateway to anyone. I will use them again.

Adam from Stateway was polite, informative (he explained that because I live in the mountains of CO if I could get my car to Denver it would improve its chances of being picked up - in the end, it was picked up 5 minutes from my home), thorough, communicative.... I would highly recommend this service.
