When I placed the order, I let them know when the car had to be at the destination, and was open for the departure date. Apparently, the data entered into the system did not reflect this date and we were up against the timeline. Understandably, I was worried.

I did get a dispatcher on the phone and they got it all done. The car was picked up the next day and all was great it arrived 5 days later in PA.

So in summary, it was a rough start, but in the end, it all worked out quite well. Kudos to the team for working this on a short timeline, fixing the error, and making the delivery on time.

Given the attention to the recovery - I would rate a 5 and will use them again in the summer when the car has to come back this way.
