Stateway Auto Transport saved me in a pinch! I had initially hired another transport company because their quote came in lower. Ironically, their motto is "cheaper is not always better". They jerked my chain for 4 consecutive days when I tried to get a pick-up confirmation. At the eleventh hour, late on a Friday afternoon, I called Stateway. By this time, I had only 2 business days for my boss' high-end sports car to be picked up and driven across country.
Stateway was quick to respond, professional, reassuring, always returned my calls, gave me a status update when I asked for one, provided a high-end enclosed trailer as I'd requested, and generally saved the day!!!
The driver gave me an ETA before his arrival in both cities - a day before, and 30-90 minutes the day of arrival. The car arrived a day before the original delivery date!
HAPPY, HAPPY CUSTOMER! Highly recommend Stateway Auto Transport! Don't take your car transport needs anywhere else!!!!
