I was very apprehensive about shipping my vehicle from Los Angeles to New Jersey and when you transferred my contract to FHT I was even more apprehensive, but after doing my research on FHT, I decided to go forward and I am so glad I did! FHT's service was nothing less than excellent. I called on a Wednesday, they were there the next day to pick up the vehicle. The driver was polite and very detailed in recording even the smallest scratch on the vehicle which I appreciated, I also took photos for my records. I was told it would take 7-10 days for delivery, however my car arrived in perfect condition on day 5 to my pleasant surprise. My experience with this company was great and I would use them again and feel comfortable recommending them to friends and family. I do have one minor suggestion, and that would be to have the driver call a day ahead if possible as I was only notified of arrival a couple of hours in advance. Not a complaint, just a suggestion so that the customer has time to make arrangements for delivery if necessary. I would give FHT's service a 5 star rating. Thank you.
