I was very impressed in how fast you got the shipment, ...picked up and delivered!
Your employee Eric" was a great contact, and the whole "event" happened so fast
that I still had other agents calling to see if I still wanted it picked up ... days after
it was done. And I can't say enough about the trucker that you used, Matt...was a
pleasure to deal with. He was calm, patient and very capable. I was especially impressed with him. The car only rolled, so it was a bit of a job to off load it, and
he was a great help. The seller of the car was really impressed with Matt too, and
had told me not to worry about the car in transit, because the driver was very competant. So... in summary, yes... definately a 5!
